Do You Give Free Estimates?
Yes we do! We can meet with you or do a walkaround and leave you a completed Estimate. Then call you to discuss which service is best for you, explain in full what is included and suggest a workable interval for the service you need.
Do We Have to Sign a Contract?
Residentially speaking, No, we believe that our good work is our contract. For Commercial, industrial and Post construction services we do have a service agreement that we both sign so everyone is on the same page when it comes to scope of work.
How is Payment Handled?
We never ask for a down payment at the time of estimate however, we do expect payment at completion of work. Our commercial customers have the option of paying by cash or check at time of service or to be invoiced.

For all residential clients payment is expected at completion of work , we accept only cash or check.
What if it rains the appointment day?
All store fronts and route work will be serviced rain or shine. Rain does not cause any problems, spotting dirt does. Rain is soft water so no hardwater spots will form.

Residential jobs will still be performed unless it's storming. (lightning, high winds et.) If inclement weather exists, we call you the morning of the appointment to see what works best for both parties.
Do I have to be home when service is performed?
No, you do not. However, entrance to your home will need to be arranged with you.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with us for any reason, we will make it right!
Are you insured?
Absolutely, fully! Bonded too.
